Wander the gardens and pick your own herbs + flowers to fill your apothecary shelves and kitchen with vibrant, field-grown and foraged medicine.
Open twice per month (May–October)
Each month you’ll receive a field map with harvest zones, what’s in season, and suggested quantities. Clear signage in the field will guide you to what’s ready for gathering.

In addition to our cultivated beds, you’ll have access to respectfully forage:
white pine, hemlock, sweet birch, wild rose hips, goldenrod, burdock, dandelion, and chocolate mint.
