Learn to ID and prepare medicinal mushrooms that are local to our northeast region. Hannah Morano, community herbalist and founder of Sweet Birch Herbals in Ashfield, MA will share various ways to safely and effectively process medicinal mushrooms for general wellness. She will cover five mushrooms, their uses, where to find them and how to prepare them. Recipes and handouts provided.
